A guided tour of the winery gives you the opportunity to follow the journey of the grape from field to bottle – a craftsmanship that inspires. Wine tastings are held several times a week, and next to the wine bar, there are wine dispensers for a spontaneous tasting whenever you wish. In addition to the wine produced on-site, wines from the Ruhne family’s Terreno vineyard in Tuscany are served, along with a wide selection of wines from around the world.

The restaurant Terreno Kitchen specializes in the combination of food and wine. Here, the character of the wine dictates the flavors in the dishes. The Italian osteria Gallo Nero serves typical Tuscan flavors in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere.

The design of the hotel is also inspired by winemaking. Upon check-in, the first thing you’ll see as a guest is the wine aging in oak barrels behind a glass wall in the reception. The industrial exterior contrasts with an interior that is infused with influences from Tuscany’s rural charm and the urban vibe of Brooklyn.
