Skåne Aviation begins operating flights between Malmö Airport and Stockholm Bromma Airport.

Skåne Aviation is the next investment in Swedish regional aviation, and on April 12 the company’s first scheduled flight will take off between Malmö Airport and Stockholm Bromma, operated by a Saab 2000 aircraft. The flights will operate under the Malmö-based airline Frost Air’s AOC, which has two Saab 2000 aircraft dedicated to its operations.

The plan is to start aggressively, and at the launch on April 12, 44 weekly departures will be offered, corresponding to eight departures per weekday as well as Sunday service. The flight takes 65 minutes, and the Saab 2000 is a fast Swedish turboprop aircraft configured for 50 passengers.
